Blackpink's Jisoo is known as a Dior ambassador for fashion and beauty

Vocalist Jisoo from popular K-pop band Blackpink has been named a worldwide ambassador of fashion and beauty for French luxury fashion house Dior.
A post on Dior's official Instagram account confirmed the collaboration, writing that the South Korean singer, whose full name is Kim Ji-soo, "embodies with her singular audacity the House's modernity and the passionate creative imagination of @MariaGraziaChiuri".
It gives that Grazia Chiuri, Dior's creative director, was inspired by the musician on her behalf autumn 2021 collection.
"Jisoo will also perfectly incarnate the empowering make-up created by @PeterPhilipsMakeup," the post continues.
A second post says the Blackpink star "perfectly encapsulates [Dior's] modern day femininity".
Grazia Chiuri cites the Kill This Love performer as a "key enthusiasm" for the autumn 2021 collection, which she says has "an underlying boldness to it that's felt when the garment is worn. I myself may seem to be calm on the exterior, but as an designer I exert a far more powerful frame of mind on level."
Jisoo had been a worldwide ambassador for Dior Beauty, and represents Dior Fashion within South Korea, but this news confirms she is also now a global ambassador for Dior Fashion.
Blackpink is a South Korean gal group formed by YG Entertainment in 2016. It involves composed of Jisoo, 26, Jennie, 25, Rosé, 24, and Lisa, 23.
They became the first K-pop group to execute at Coachella Music Festival and to have two music videos with an increase of than 1.2 billion views.
