Group E
Barcelona 1-0 Dynamo Kiev

FC Barcelona got their first win the group stages after defeating Dynamo Kiev at the Camp Nou.

Ronald Koeman recalled Frenkie de Jong into the side in place of Ansu Fati, while Lenglet and Oscar Mingueza replaced Sergi Roberto and Eric Garcia.

After back-to-back losses in the group, the Catalan giants were in desperate need of maximum points but the attendance at the Camp Nou was not pleasing for the hosts.

Nevertheless, It was left to Gerard Pique to get the club's first goal of the campaign in the 36th minute with a first-time volley from Jordi Alba's cross.

Benfica 0-4 Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich shrugged off a disappointing first half to go on and thump Portuguese giants SL Benfica 4-0 at the Estadio da Luz to remain at the top of Group E with three successive wins.

Leroy Sane snatched the opener before an own-goal from Everton followed and Robert Lewandowski adding a third to Sane re-appearing to clinch a double.

Group F
Young Boys FC 1-4 Villarreal

Villarreal CF got their first win in Group F following a 4-1 crushing of Young Boys FC away from their own patch.

First half goals from Yeremi Pino and Gerard Moreno put the Yellow Submarines on course despite Meschack Elia coming with a lifeline in the second exchanges.

However, two late goals from Alberto Moreno and Samuel Chukwueze washed out any comeback hopes to see the Spaniards third in the group, two points from the leaders Manchester United.

Group G
Lille 0-0 Sevilla

LOSC Lille and Sevilla both failed to stamp their ground on second spot in Group G by cancelling out each other with a goalless draw.

The group’s other engagement earlier this evening saw RB Salzburg’s 3-1 win over VFL Wolfsburg cement top spot in the group.

Red Bull Salzburg 3-1 Wolfsburg

Red Bull Salzburg cemented top spot in the group with a 3-1 victory over Wolfsburg at the Red Bull Arena.

The hosts got off to the perfect start when Karim-David Adeyemi bagged his third goal of the tournament after just three minutes.

Wolfsburg weren't behind for too long as Luka Nmecha restored parity with his first-ever Champions League goal on 15 minutes.

However, Noah Okafor popped up with a brace in the second half to secure the spoils for Salzburg who claim their second win.

Group H
Chelsea 4-0 Malmo FF

Reigning champions Chelsea managed to get back to winning ways in their UEFA Champions League campaign in Group H on Wednesday with a 4-0 victory at home.

The Blues were dealt a blow in the opening minutes with star striker Romelu Lukaku stretchered off following a collision that led to a penalty which Jorginho netted after Andreas Christensen’s opener.

Another penalty by Jorginho and a finish from Kai Havertz ensured the win and put the Blues’ campaign back on track following their loss to Juventus with Malmo handed three straight losses.

Zenit St Petersburg 0-1 Juventus

Juventus made it three wins from three matches in the other showing in the group following a 1-0 victory over Zenit St Petersburg.

As it looked to end goalless, Swedish international Dejan Kulusevski struck the winning strike with minutes to go as Juve turn focus to Sunday’s Derby d’Italia with Inter Milan in Serie A.
