Egypt Move Top Of Group G Without Salah

Egypt moved top of Group G with after edging past Togo at the Cairo International Stadium on Saturday night.
The Pharaohs were without the services of Mohamed Salah, who tested positive for the coronavirus on Friday evening.
Even without Salah, Egypt were able to secure three points thanks to Mahmoud Attia's 54th minute strike.
Congo DR 0-0 Angola
The Democratic Republic of Congo and Angola remain with out a victory after three matches after playing to a goalless draw on Saturday night.
As a result, Congo sit in third spot while Angola remain rooted to underneath of the group after claiming their first point.
Benin 1-0 Lesotho
Benin moved up to second spot in Group L after claiming a 1-0 win over Lesotho on Saturday evening.
Jodel Dossou bagged the only goal for the house side, who now sit one point behind leaders Nigeria.
