New rumors regarding Harry Potter star Emma Watson's obvious retirement from acting have already been debunked by her manager, Jason Weinberg. Fans of the 30-year-old actress were stunned previous this week whenever a U.K. tabloid made a decision to tell the universe that Watson was through with acting. Her period as Hermione Granger was one of the highlights of the beloved Harry Potter series.

Watson's career was kicked off found in a big approach by the adaptation of author J.K. Rowling's wizarding world novels, and when the 8-film series drew to a close in 2011, Watson effortlessly transitioned into extra dramatic fare. Free to build a persona beyond that of 1 of Harry Potter's close friends, Watson caused acclaimed directors such as Sofia Coppola, Darren Aronofsky & most recently, Greta Gerwig.

Thankfully, that rumor has been debunked, thanks to EW and her supervisor, Jason Weinberg. Giving an answer to previous tabloid statements that Watson's job has truly gone "dormant," Weinberg explained, "Emma's social media accounts are dormant but her profession isn't."This, of training course, is excellent news for anyone who was simply hoping to see Watson continue to pursue acting, though at the moment she still doesn't have any projects to report.
