'EPL Season Should Be Declared Null & Void If It CAN NOT BE Finished'
15 March, 2020
A good chairman of a Premier Group has needed the 2019/2020 time to be declared 'null and void' if it can't be completed as a result of coronavirus outbreak - that could spell bad media for Liverpool.
The Soccer Association confirmed on Friday that Premier Group EFL matches have been postponed until April 4 as a result of virus.
League complements were scheduled to just do it until Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi both tested great for COVID-19 this week.
Nevertheless, West Ham United's vice chairman Karren Brady offers called for the growing season to be declared the benefits and standings to be null and void if indeed they don't resume.
"Suspension or perhaps cancellation of the little league was always a certainty, " Brady wrote in her column for the Sun.
"There is no dodging the possibility that levels found in the EFL, in addition to the Premier League, will have to be cancelled and this time declared null and void because if the players can't play the game titles can't go ahead.
"The PL hopes that an interlude of 3 weeks from today will permit it to restart but that may be dreamland.
"Just what exactly if the league cannot be finished? As game titles in both PL and in the EFL happen to be affected, the only fair and reasonable move to make is declare the complete time of year null and void.
"Who knows who have been down or appear if the game titles have not essentially been played completely?
"A huge blow to Liverpool who could be robbed of their primary title in 30 years. This will be mentioned between your PL and the clubs in a few days at an emergency meeting."
