Bollywood superstar Jacqueline Fernandez, who have recently moved property, admits she indulges in household chores, too, among her hectic professional timetable. "I spend one hour doing the home chores, from looking at groceries to washing the house and searching into the food menu," she tells the mass media resource. "Living independently does provide freedom but earns a lot of challenges along with it. You must have the right equilibrium of personal and professional lifestyle," she adds. If preserving a physically healthful routine amid the grind of Bollywood is certainly a task, and the actress features her way to control with that bit.

"I preserve a journal which I write each morning that facilitates me channelize my thoughts," she reveals. She says her working day starts early. "I am definitely a morning hours person and I prefer to get started on my day early since it gives me plenty of time for myself prior to the do the job commitments begin. I love starting your day with yoga and my bulletproof espresso which can help me to remain energized during the day," she says.
