Imports of U.S. Beef Hit All-Time High

Imports of U.S. beef surpassed $1 billion last year, the Korea Customs Service said on Sunday.
According to customs data, imports of U.S. beef from January to November in 2017 hit a record $1.09 billion.
Korea imported 359,940 tons of American beef in the first 11 months of last year, and if the December estimate is counted, total volume breaks the previous record of 366,390 tons in 2016.
