Kanye West agrees to joint custody with Kim Kardashian

Kanye West agreed with Kim Kardashian West that they must have joint custody of their several children, with neither seeking spousal support, according to divorce documents.
West’s lawyers filed his response about Friday in LA Superior Court to Kardashian West’s divorce submitting seven weeks earlier, which began the process of closing their six-and-a-half-year marriage.
West’s filing was practically identical to Kardashian West’s classic petition, agreeing that the relationship should end above irreconcilable dissimilarities and that both should talk about custody of their children: North, 7; Saint, 5; Chicago, 3; and Psalm, who turns 2 the following month.
Like Kardashian West’s filing, West’s asks that the court’s to award spousal support to either person be terminated.
According to Kardashian West’s February 19 petition, both have a prenuptial arrangement and within it they placed their property separate throughout their relationship.
The divorce filings get an impending end to one of the most-adopted celebrity unions in the latest decades, between 40-year-old reality TV superstar Kardashian West and 43-year-old rap and fashion mogul West.
It had been the first matrimony for West and the third for Kardashian West, who has not asked the courtroom to change her name back again to Kardashian, though she may still do so through the divorce process.
Kim Kardashian the billionaire
Last week, it was revealed that Kardashian had become a member of the billionaire's club for the very first time, according to Forbes magazine.
Forbes said it estimates that Kardashian, 40, "is currently worthy of $1 billion, up from $780 million found in October, because of two lucrative businesses - KKW and Skims - and also cash from reality tv and endorsement bargains, and numerous smaller investments".
The estimate means Kardashian joins her soon-to-be ex-hubby in the billionaire's club. Forbes estimates West's net worthwhile at $1.8bn, mostly from deals in his Yeezy sneaker and style line.
The end of the marriage employs the September announcement that the show MAINTAINING The Kardashians was coming to a finish in 2021 after 14 years.
