Marvel have been foreshadowing Thor's injury for years

A Marvel fan bill on Instagram has noticed a recurring motif involving the God of Thunder, Thor. Over the course of several films, the character has experienced injuries to his eye, construction towards him finally shedding one eye altogether.
A good collage of images was shared by the account recently, with the caption, "All resulting in this." The images present 'Thor' having sustained a personal injury to his best suited eye across countless MCU films, including the initial and second Thor adventures.
One image even displays a strike across a painting of 'Thor', again in his right eye. "Since it was foretold or in this instance foreshadowed," one fan wrote in the comments. "Whaaa," wrote another. In 'Thor: Ragnarok', the type ends up getting rid of his eye, nonetheless it is substituted in 'Avengers: Infinity War'.
In a recent interview with Collider, Thor director Kenneth Branagh recalled the value of casting Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston in the initially film. "I'll remember the moment that people cast those two males," he said. "
It was such as a type of meditation or sort of incantation… Kevin Feige must've walked for this long oval table a hundred times about that Saturday morning hours as I kept type of saying, 'I are convinced we should call up them.' The character will return in the upcoming 'Thor: Love and Thunder', to be directed by TaikaWaititi. The film may also feature Natalie Portman and Tessa Thompson.
