Neymar breaks Ronaldo’s record with a hat-trick for Brazil vs Peru in 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers

Neymar scored for Brazil in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers as they defeated Peru 4-2 and the five-time World Cup champions followed it up with a dominant display against Bolivia because they thrashed them 5-0 to come one step closer to qualifying for the tournament which will be held in Qatar.
Neymar and Brazil continued to shatter records in the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in SOUTH USA. On Sunday, Neymar was in the thick of the action as he helped Brazil thrash Bolivia 5-0. On Wednesday, Brazil continued their domination as Neymar scored a hat-trick and helped Brazil defeat Peru 4-2 and take one step nearer to qualification for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. However, through the hat-trick against Peru, Neymar created a fresh record.
Neymar’s hat-trick moved him to 64 goals in 103 games for Brazil, pulling past the great Ronaldo in the second put on the country's all-time goalscoring list. Ronaldo scored 62 goals in 98 games for Brazil in a 17-year career that saw him win two World Cups in 1994 and 2002, two Copa Americas in 1997 and 1999, and a Confederations Cup.
Only Pele has scored more goals for Brazil than Neymar, with the Brazilian legend scoring 77 goals for his country.
