Neymar Mocked My Salary
The player Neymar accused of hurling racist insults at him has once more denied the Brazilian's accusations, this time around saying the Paris Saint-Germain superstar mocked him about his earnings too.

The former Barcelona forward clashed with Marseille defender Alvaro Gonzalez earlier this season, which PSG lost 1-0 in a casino game that saw five players get sent off.

Neymar was one of these, and took to social media following the match to accuse the Marseille player he fell out with of racially abusing him.

Gonzalez has maintained his innocence once more, and this time explained that the 28-year-old teased him about making much less money than he does at the French champions.

"Neymar explained he won in a single day what I earn in a year, and it's really true," the Spanish defender told Onda Cero.

"I told him I was happy with my salary. Neymar's whole game that day was unfortunate, full of provocations.

"I did so not make any racist insults, I'll not allow my football career and myself to be humiliated. Neymar deserves nothing from me, neither my respect nor anything.

"We'd a bad time, not simply me, my family and more. If I had said anything to him, it could have appeared on all the cameras."
