Neymar Names Dream Destinations Before Retirement
Brazilian superstar Neymar has revealed the two countries he would love to play in before he retires.

Even though he is still starring at the highest level for Paris Saint-Germain, the 2016 Olympic gold medallist seemingly already has plans for his future, with the Selecao talisman said to envision himself playing in his native Brazil or in the United States before he hangs up his boots.

During a recent podcast interview, Neymar made it clear he would love to return to his first professional club Santos, a team he enjoyed tremendous success with having helped them end a 48-year wait to win their second-ever Copa Libertadores title before making the move to FC Barcelona in 2013. "I really want to play for Santos again," he said on the Fenomenos Podcast on Sunday.

"What I really miss is playing in my town. My God, that stadium is marvellous."

Neymar went on to elaborate on his second destination of choice once he leaves PSG.

"I also really want to play in the United States, for at least one season," the 30-year-old added.

"It's a short competition. You have three or four months of vacation (laughs)."

Neymar would be following in the footsteps of another legendary Brazilian who plied his trade in Major League Soccer in Kaka if he does follow through on that plan.

His career in Europe has been largely fruitful to date, with 318 games on the continent, 196 goals and 20 titles at the Camp Nou and the Parc des Princes, in addition to commanding the most expensive transfer fee in history.
