Robbie to star 'Pirates of the Caribbean'

The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' are receiving ready to set sail in a complete latest direction, with Australian actress Margot Robbie starring in a fresh version of 1 of Disney's biggest film franchises. Robbie, the superstar of 'Suicide Squad' and 'I', 'Tonya', is to head a female-driven Pirates motion picture which is usually in the early stages of expansion, a source with understanding of the job said on Friday.
It marks the most recent bid by Hollywood to re-imagine classic videos by casting ladies in the lead roles, like the 2016 reboot of 'Ghostbusters' starring Melissa McCarthy and 2018 comedy heist 'Ocean's 8' that starred Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett. No plot details were available however the storyline is being compiled by Britain's Birds of Prey screenwriter Christina Hodson and made by longtime Pirates filmmaker Jerry Bruckheimer, the source said.
The Hollywood Reporter said the movie was another project from a fresh 'Pirates of the Caribbean' movie that was announced as in expansion last year. Predicated on a drive at the Disney's motif parks, the five 'Pirates of the Caribbean' videos, starring Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow, have taken some 4.5 billion us dollars at the global package office since 2003.
