Ronaldo Makes European History
Cristiano Ronaldo offers once more written his brand into European football's history books, attaining another impressive milestone no other player has already reached.

Although he was struggling to avoid the Bianconeri's 2-1 defeat to Hellas Verona on the weekend, the Juventus superstar did score in his 10th successive league game.

In doing this, he broke David Trezeguet's Juventus track record, with the Frenchman netting in 9 consecutive video games in the 2005/06 campaign.

Ronaldo is now aiming for the Serie A record of scoring in 11 consecutive games, place by Gabriel Batistuta in the 1994/95 advertising campaign and matched last time by Fabio Quagliarella.

However, along with his strike against Hellas, he also became the first person to score in 10 or even more right appearances in two of Europe's top five leagues, according to Squawka.

Back 2014, he scored in 11 successive appearances in LaLiga, although he missed one game amid that run because of injury.

Even if that video game were discounted, he still were able to score in 10 successive games between September and November 2014.

The 35-year-old could have a chance to increase his tally when Juventus sponsor Brescia, who are 19th on the table, on Sunday, with his side aiming to get back to winnings ways after dropping off the top of the standings.
