England made it four wins from four matches in Group C after thrashing North Macedonia 7-0 at Old Trafford.

Coach Gareth Southgate rung the changes as Marcus Rashford, Kyle Walker and John Stones were handed starts in place of James Maddison, Kieran Tripper and Marc Guéhi.

The Three Lions broke the deadlock in the 29th minute through all-time leading scorer Harry Kane, before Bukayo Sako doubled the lead ten minutes later.

Southgate's charges managed to bag a third goal on the stroke of halftime, with Marcus Rashford finding the back of the net on his return to the starting line-up. The rout continued in the second half as Saka added two goals in quick succession to secure his first hat-trick in international football. Kalvin Philipps added his name to the scoresheet with his first England goal on 64 minutes, before Kane completed the rout with his second goal ten minutes later.

France 1-0 Greece
France registered a third straight win in Group B after defeating Greece 1-0 on Monday night.

Goalkeeper Mike Maignan, Dayot Upamecano, Joules Kounde and Randal Kolo Muani were recalled by Franch coach Didier Deschamps after the win over Gibraltar.

With the first half ending goalless, the French got the breakthrough in the 55th minute when Kylian Mbappe converted a penalty.

Things got worse the Greeks in the 69th minute when defender Konstantinos Mavropanos was sent off for picking up his second yellow card of the game.

The win keeps Deschamps' men top of the group with a perfect record after four games while the Greeks remain in second spot.
