Ronaldo Picked Up By Pitch Invader In Portugal Win
Portugal 3-0 Bosnia & Herzegovina
Portugal maintained their winning start in the 2024 European Championship qualifiers after defeating 3-0 Bosnia & Herzegovina on Saturday evening.

Cristiano Ronaldo kept his place in the starting line-up and was joined by Joao Felix and Bernardo Silva in the frontline.

The opening goal arrived shortly before the halftime break as Bruno Fernandes turned provider to play in Bernardo Silva, who calmly lobbed the on-rushing Ibrahim Sehic.

The lead was doubled in the 76th minute when Fernandes added his name to the score-sheet with a powerful header from Ruben Neves' cross.

Fernandes had the final say in second-half stoppage time as the Portuguese midfielder bagged his second goal with a wonderful volley from the edge of the box.

Belgium 1-1 Austria
Belgium were unable to make it back-to-back wins in Group F after drawing 1-1 with Austria at the Stade Roi Baudouin. Michael Gregoritsch opened the scoring for the visitors in the 21st minute after being set up Patrick Wimmer. Romelu Lukaku, who was captain on the night, brought the Belgian Red Devils level after the hour mark with an impressive strike from the edge of the box.

The hosts were unable to find a winning goal in the latter stages of the second half and were forced to settle for a point against the group leaders.

Norway 1-2 Scotland
Scotland rallied from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Norway in the Group A clash on Saturday evening.

The Norwegians had striker Erling Haaland back in the side after his missed the last international break through injury.

The Manchester City striker would go on to get the opening goal for the hosts on 61 minutes after converting a penalty.

However, Scotland pulled themselves level in the 87th minute courtesy of a strike from Lydon Dykes, before Kenneth McLean grabbed the winning goal for the visitors two minutes later.

The win takes Scotland top of Group A with a perfect record, while Norway sit in fourth with one point from three matches.
