Where to workout in the UAE this month: from yoga classes to online programmes

If you're after just a little health inspiration in March, whether you'd prefer to become listed on a class or work out from the ease of your home, listed below are the sessions worth adding to your calendar.
Yogafest Dubai
Yogafest Dubai will take place from Thursday to Sunday, March 18 to 20, at Dubai Net City Amphitheatre. The line-up comes with workshops on handstands and backbends, AcroYoga and partner yoga; plus talks on bettering sleep, hormone yoga remedy for ladies, sessions on priming your immune system through breathing exercises, and shaking and audio therapy. The recently opened Address Beach Resort, too, has launched yoga sessions open to in-residence guests for Dh50 and visitors for Dh70.
These will take place every Friday and Saturday from 9am to 10am, whenever a yoga instructor will need participants of most levels through a series of poses and breathing tactics.
