Barca Star 'Wants To Play' Amid Coronavirus Pandemic

While football remains suspended all over the world, one FC Barcelona star says he really wants to play and is ready to take the chance of contracting the coronavirus.
The Dutch and French league seasons have already been cancelled as a result of pandemic, which includes seen football have a break since March.

There has been no return date for football in Spain, but Ivan Rakitic itching to back on the field to entertain fans.
"I want to play. It really is evident that people must try to return with the best sanitary guarantees but we must also know that they'll never be 100 %," Rakitic told Marca.
"But that same risk will be borne by all personnel on their return to work. Supermarket employees also change in dressing rooms and have the same or even more possibility to getting it as we do.
"They take that risk and I wish to take it too. I think we've that debt and I'm sure if we asked the fans they might love for there to be football."
While there is no champion declared in the Dutch Eredivisie, Paris Saint-Germain were awarded the Ligue 1 title after the season was cancelled.
