World Cup Winner Brands Messi's Natural Replacement In Barca

Brazilian World Cup winner Mazinho feels there is only one particular player who can replace superstar Lionel Messi at Spanish giants FC Barcelona.
Messi has been Blaugrana's talisman going back decade but way more in latest years following departure of legends Xavi Hernandez and Andres Iniesta.
Mazinho, who is the father of Thiago Alcantara and Rafinha, has designated his countryman, Neymar, just as the natural heir to Messi's throne in the Camp Nou.
Neymar formed a deadly attacking trio together with Messi and Luis Suarez between 2013 and 2017 for the Catalan giants before the Brazilian still left for Paris Saint-Germain.
"[Barcelona] will be delighted if he can go back tomorrow," Mazinho advised Marca radio.
"He's Messi's natural substitute. There is absolutely no other to displace Messi."
There were reports in Spain claiming that the Catalan giants will reignite their interest in Neymar immediately after failing with a move prior to the start of 2019/2020 season.
