Messi Names 15 Best Youngsters In The World
In football, there may be few greater honours than being endorsed by six-time Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi, and the FC Barcelona superstar has revealed his 15 top young players on the globe.

Together with Topps, six-time Ballon d'Or winner Messi recently helped design special trading cards reflecting the greatest occasions of his career, the world's top talents and youth increasing, and the Daily Star has collated the names of the young players near the top of his list.

Four Premier League stars feature in his selection, including Liverpool wonderkid Trent Alexander-Arnold, whose famous corner-kick routine contributed towards FC Barcelona's elimination at the semi-final stage in last season's UEFA Champions League.

The 21-year-old England international is joined by countryman Jadon Sancho, who has been one of the standout players in the Bundesliga following his move from Manchester City to Borussia Dortmund in 2017.

Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe, who was simply part of France's 2018 FIFA World Cup-winning squad, and Olympique Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar are Ligue 1's two representatives on the list.

Messi also named Barca teammates Ousmane Dembele and Frenkie de Jong in his selection, while out-of-form Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic features following his strong performances with Eintracht Frankfurt last season.
