China studies 22 new COVID-19 cases, 13 in Beijing
23 June, 2020
China reported 22 new COVID-19 situations on Monday (Jun 22) of which 13 were found in the administrative centre Beijing, the National Health Commission said on Tuesday.
This weighed against 18 confirmed cases a day earlier, nine which were in Beijing.
Authorities are restricting activity of people in the administrative centre and upgrading other measures to avoid the coronavirus from spreading carrying out a group of local infections.
Another seven asymptomatic COVID-19 patients, those people who are infected but show no symptoms, were reported for Jun 22, exactly like a day earlier. China does not count these individuals as confirmed cases.
