While it was officially able to open from Friday, the first day of Ramadan, Dubai Mall is only going to partially re-open its doors on Tuesday, April 28.

"Medical and safety of our customers, employees and tenants remains our priority," the mall announced, saying it really is "undertaking extensive preparations to become able to safely re-open".
