Egypt actor in warm water after selfies with Israelis

Egypt's self-proclaimed superstar Mohamed Ramadan has sparked a heated political debate after snapping selfies with an Israeli singer and footballer.Ramadan, a good 32-year-ancient actor and rapper, features millions of followers found in the Arab globe, is a close friend of Morocco's King Mohamed VI and the recipient of the 2019 All Africa Music Awards prize.
On Saturday, the official Facebook site of the Talk about of Israel in Arabic from the foreign ministry posted a photography of Ramadan hugging Israeli singer Omer Adam on a Dubai rooftop. The photo carried the caption "skill always brings us together". A short online video also surfaced on internet sites showing Ramadan mingling with fans with the popular Jewish folk melody "Hava Nagila" using in the backdrop. And another extensively shared photography of him with Israeli footballer Diaa Saba likewise caused a mix online.
The pictures and video tutorial sparked a storm of protest in Egypt, with various calling for a boycott of Ramadan and the hashtag "Mohamed Ramadan is a Zionist" trending on Twitter. "Truly there is nothing but entertainment delivering you two along - not religion, not really Arab identification, or humanity or territory or shared history," an individual wrote on Facebook, addressing Ramadan.
Egypt's controversial celebrity, who have regularly shows his flashy cars and extravagant way of living on social mass media, shot back in critical fans saying."I don't ask which country the person who wants to take a photo with me originates from unless they state themselves."He likewise took the opportunity to pay out tribute to the Palestinian persons. "Palestine is number 1", he wrote based on the name of his massively common music in the Arab globe called "NUMBER 1", adding: "I salute the brotherly Palestinian persons."
