Emaar clubs up with Arada to develop Dh600m residential job in Sharjah

Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Emaar Real estate, and Sharjah-based property developer Arada possess teamed up to build up a good Dh600 million residential project and a resort in Sharjah, the two companies said.
Vida Residences Aljada job will come up in Arada's Dh24 billion master advancement in the emirate, the companies said in a declaration on Tuesday.

"The partnership is to provide a superb brand to Sharjah," Arada chief executive Ahmed Alkhoshaibi told The National within an interview.. "This was signed in 2018 and we were waiting for the right time (to launch)."
Development on Vida Residences Aljada and the adjacent Vida Aljada resort will commence in the second quarter of 2021 and is defined to end up being completed by the finish of the second quarter of 2023.
Off-plan revenue of the project's 1st phase which include 168 residential apartments kicked off on Tuesday.
Arada is a jv between KBW Investments - a good company controlled by Saudi Arabia’s Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed - and Sharjah-based Basma Group.
