England finished off their UEFA Countries League group stage plan in fine design with a 4-0 thumping of Iceland as Phil Foden grabbed a brace and an assist.

It had been a feisty starting to the match with both Birkir Saevarsson and Kyle Walker picking up yellow cards in the opening ten one fourth of an hour.

The Three Lions took the business lead in the 20th minute. Ben Foden dinked the free-kick right into a fantastic position and Declan Rice nodded it across goal and in to the bottom right corner.

On the half-hour tag, England switched the play quickly to get Maguire, who located Foden free at the far content, who took a touch and fired direct at Kristinsson.

Iceland's right-back Saevarsson earned himself a second yellow card and an early on shower for tripping Saka just beyond your penalty area in the 54th minute.

Foden got his name on the scoresheet found in the 80th minute, sweeping a left-footed shot into the bottom right part from inside the box immediately after Jadon Sancho provided the support.
