With Pep Guardiola desperate to challenge for the Premier League title again next season, listed below are 10 players who have been strongly associated with a move to Manchester City, including Bayer Leverkusen's Kai Havertz.
The English champions have fallen some way behind rivals Liverpool in the 2019/20 campaign, and you will be hoping to enjoy a much better campaign next time out. To do so, Guardiola might feel he must make a few changes to his side, changes that could be made in the next transfer window.
It is stated that, along with Liverpool and Manchester United, City are in the running for the Havertz's signature, that could soften the blow of the team losing Spanish playmaker David Silva towards the end of the season.
The 20-year-old is one of the leading young talents in world football, has already been a full international with Germany, and has 139 senior club appearances to his name.
According to French publication L'Equipe, Guardiola is eyeing a move for Olympique Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar, who has been a lot more than impressive since bursting on to the scene in 2016. The talented star has scored nine goals and assisted an additional seven strikes in 37 games up to now in this campaign.
Italian publication Tuttomercato has claimed the Manchester club could be after 18-year-old Angers left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri, and it is said they have accelerated discussions along with his representatives amid interest from EPL side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
