Hunter Biden facing federal government investigation over 'tax affairs'
President-elect Joe Biden's boy Hunter said Wednesday that his “taxes affairs” are under federal government investigation, putting a good renewed spotlight in the questions about his personal dealings that dogged his father's campaign.

In a statement produced by the president-elect's transition office, younger Biden said he learned all about the investigation on Tuesday. He didn't disclose facts of the matter.

“I take this matter incredibly seriously but I am confident a professional and goal review of these concerns will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors,” he said in a statement.

Hunter Biden is definitely a goal of President Donald Trump and his allies, who have accused him of profiting off his political connections.
