'Our most important enemy': North Korea's Kim says US policy doesn't transformation with presidents

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un called america the "most significant enemy" and reported Washington's hostile policy toward North Korea wouldn't normally change irrespective of who occupies the White House, state media reported in Saturday (Jan 9).
Speaking at a celebration congress in Pyongyang just days before US President-elect Joe Biden is because of take office, Kim said that dropping individuals hostile policies will be major to North Korea-US relations, state news agency KCNA said.
"Our foreign political actions should be focused and redirected on subduing the US, our biggest enemy and primary obstacle to your innovated development," Kim stated, according to a good KCNA report of his remarks.
"No matter who's in electricity in the US, the real nature of the US and its own fundamental plans towards North Korea hardly ever switch," Kim said, vowing to expand ties with "anti-imperialist, independent forces".
There was no immediate comment from the US STATE DEPT.. A spokesman for the Biden plan declined to comment.
Kim also known as for more study and creation of advanced military gear, as well as further improvement in expanding the country's arsenal of nuclear weapons.
The remarks came a day after Kim explored ways to renew inter-Korean ties and vowed to expand diplomatic relations in remarks to the congress.
Other days of meetings have focused on economical policy, with the united states facing growing crises due to international sanctions above the nuclear programme, and self-imposed lockdowns to avoid a coronavirus outbreak.
