Revealed: Why Ronaldo Is 'Pissed Off' Despite Scoring Run
Cristiano Ronaldo broke a Juventus record on the weekend, but not surprisingly, he was still "pissed off", as you of his teammates revealed.

The 35-year-old is on his best scoring run since joining Juventus, having now netted in 10 consecutive league games.

His latest strike, in a 2-1 defeat to Hellas Verona on Saturday, saw him break David Trezeguet's club record, with the Frenchman having found the trunk of the net in nine successive league matches.

Ronaldo has scored an extraordinary 15 goals in his record run, but Juventus have, somewhat surprisingly, dropped 11 points in the same period and have fallen to second put on the log, which includes infuriated the superstar.

"He's as pissed off as all of us because it isn't good to lose these kind of games," Juve goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny said, as quoted by AS.

Ronaldo himself, though, has tried to stay positive despite his side's latest defeat.

"It was not the effect we wanted, but we should continue working hard to accomplish our goals," he said following the game.

Juventus will need on AC Milan in the Coppa Italia semi-finals on Thursday, before facing relegation-threatened Brescia on Sunday, when Ronaldo could equal Gabriel Batistuta's Serie A record - the Argentine had scored in 11 successive games for Fiorentina in the 1994/95 campaign, a feat Fabio Quagliarella matched with Sampdoria last year.
