Ronaldo Was On The Verge Of Crying DUE TO Mourinho

Real Madrid star Luka Modric has revealed Cristiano Ronaldo was on the verge of crying after acquiring some criticism from Jose Mourinho during a few years ago.
Mourinho has been known to fall-out along with his players wherever he has managed because of his tough approach and it had been no different at Los Blancos.
Throughout a Copa del Rey face in 2013, Modric reveals Mourinho was left angered by Ronaldo failing woefully to reunite on defence during a throw-in and made his feelings known in the dressing room.
"I was surprised by Mourinho's reaction. We were winning 2-0 in the Copa del Rey," the Croatian says in his upcoming biography, according to Corriere dello Sport.
"Ronaldo did not chase the rivals on his throw-in and Jose was furious with Cristiano.
"The two fought for years on the field. After time for the locker room at half-time, I saw Ronaldo desperate, on the verge of tears.
"He said, 'I do my best and he continues to criticise me.'
"Mourinho came in and started out to criticise the Portuguese for his responsibility through the game.
"They became so hot that only the intervention of the team-mates avoided a genuine fight between them."
