Belgium 4-2 Denmark
Belgium secured a spot in the UEFA Nations League semi-finals with a 4-2 victory over Denmark.
Youri Tielemans, a brace by Romelu Lukaku and another strike by Kevin de Bruyne did the damage for the Belgians, while Jonas Older Wind and a Thibault Courtois own goal narrowed the deficit for the Danes.
With the victory, Belgium finish top of the group, while Denmark finish second and avoid the relegation.
Serbia 5-0 Russia
Serbia pipped Russia to a UEFA Nations League play-off place with a 5-0 victory.
Luka Jovic bagged a brace while Nemanja Radonic and Dusan Vlahovic also scored in the first half, before Filip Mladenovic netted midway through the second half.
Serbia had started the day bottom, but leapfrog Turkey by virtue of a superior goal difference thanks to the win, while Russia finish in second, having started the day in first.
Bosnia Herzegovina 0-2 Italy
Italy claimed top spot in the group with a 2-0 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Andrea Belotti and Dominico Berardi netted for the Azzurri, who finish in top spot in the group, while Bosnia finished rock bottom, with their fate already sealed after matchday five.
The Italians have now secured a spot in the final four of the tournament.
Poland 1-2 Netherlands
Netherlands ended their group stage campaign after coming behind to defeat Poland 2-1 on Wednesday night.
Kamil Jozwiak gave the Poles a fifth-minute lead. Memphis Depay equalised from the penalty spot in the 78th minute before Georginio Wijnaldum grabbed the winner in the 84th minute.
The Oranje finish in second position in the group, while Poland had already avoided relegation and will battle it out in the playoffs.
