Man Utd Transfer News: Loanee Begs Not To Return, Ole's No.1 Target Revealed?
A new player currently on loan from Manchester United has pleaded with the club to extend his loan deal, while Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's top transfer target has reportedly been revealed.

Many loan players will be in a similar situation to United's Marcos Rojo, who's currently at Estudiantes, with the 2019/20 season apt to be extended beyond 30 June, the date player loans and contracts usually expire.

FIFA, though, have indicated that contracts could possibly be prolonged for provided that the growing season is continued, and Rojo has pleaded with United to let him extend his stick with Estudiantes.

"If it depends on me, I will talk with Manchester United's management about the likelihood of staying here for another half a year," the defender told Argentine radio programme Estudiantes Y Su Gente.

"I will feel a significant sense of pain easily need to leave after playing in so few games. I am completely recovered now, and fit to play once again."

Rojo rejoined his boyhood club on a six-month loan in January, but made just one single appearance for the club before the coronavirus pandemic started.

Meanwhile, according to ESPN, Solskjaer is keen to sign Jack Grealish despite his COVID-19 lockdown break.

The United boss is said be considered a fan of the young Englishman, and reportedly asked executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to enquire about his availability before the current campaign kicked off and again in January.

Aston Villa, though, rebuffed both attempts at the time, but could be ready to let him leave for up to £60 million (R1.2 billion) after the next window opens.
