Sandra demands more support for Asian-American community
Celebrity Sandra Oh called out the latest surge found in hate crimes against the Asian American community and urged the people to support the city. "For many folks in our network, this is the first-time we are even in a position to voice our dread and our anger, and I really am hence grateful to everyone ready to listen," the 49-year-old actress said throughout a 'Stop Asian Hate' rally in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which took place on Saturday, as reported by origin.

"A very important factor that I know is that many found in our community are incredibly scared, and I understand that. And one way to go through our dread is to attain out to our community. To everyone below, I will challenge everyone below, if you see something, do you want to help me? If you see among our sisters and brothers in demand, will you support us?" she said. "

We should understand, as Asian Us citizens, we simply need to touch base our hand to your sisters and brothers and say, 'Help me and I'm here'," she continued."I am proud to be Asian! I belong in this article!" is certainly how she ended her powerful speech which comes simply days following the shoot-out in Atlanta, leading to the deaths of eight persons, six of whom were of Asian descent.
