Siro: Atlantis and One&Only parent company to open new sports and fitness hotel brand
Kerzner International Holdings, the parent company of the world-famous Atlantis and ultra-luxe One&Only Resorts, is adding a new sports-centric hotel brand to its portfolio.

Billed as a new hospitality experience, Siro - pronounced sy-row - is a hotel brand which places physical and mental well-being at its core.

The first Siro hotel is set to open in Montenegro in 2023.

An acronym of strength, inclusive, reflection and original - the new brand's values - Siro plans to partner with sports personalities and athlete ambassadors all over the world.

Named Team Siro, it'll be formed by a group of athletes playing an advisory role for the hotel as it develops its wellness elements.

Olympic gold medallist swimmer Adam Peaty, who's a popular to win another gold for Team Great Britain in Tokyo this year, is the first recruit for the team.

“It's been fascinating to understand about the ambitions of Siro, a thrilling new experience that appears to be missing in the area. And for me personally to be asked to play a role in the development of these new hotel destinations is a privilege," said Peaty.

Siro Boka Place: sailing, cycling and a state-of-the-art gymnasium
Siro Boka Place in Montenegro could be the hotel brand's first property and can open with a team of in-house specialists, including trainers, coaches, nutritionists and technicians.

Centred around a cutting-edge fitness club spanning 930-square-metres, the hotel could have a fully-equipped gymnasium, yoga and meditation spaces, a swimming pool and a huge range of fitness classes, with from spinning to parkour on offer.

To assist guests' performance, the hotel will have a Recovery Lab where visitors can pick from a selection of health spa services including sports massage, cryotherapy and sports rehabilitation sessions.

Rooms at Siro Boka Place look set to be minimalist, with an industrial-inspired design - think exposed concrete floors and open shelving. Each room includes everything guests have to concentrate on their fitness in-suite, including punch bags, yoga balls and dumbbells.

Travellers can also leave using one of several sailing circuits in the encompassing Adriatic Sea or tackle cycling tracks of varied length and altitudes through the near by mountains.

Situated in Tivat, Boka Place is a new-build, multi-use neighbourhood in Montenegro. Overlooking the Bay of Kotor, it'll be home to residential properties, hotels and entertainment options.

As well as featuring its own marina, visitors and residents of Boka Place may also enjoy several restaurants, shops, entertainment galleries, cinemas and an indoor climbing wall.

Siro Boka Place will maintain good company when its opening date rolls around. Its sister hotel the One&Only Portonovi is defined to open in May this season, and will be located just five kilometres away.
