Craft Beer Boosts Employment found in Breweries

Jobs in breweries have increased since regulations in the market were eased in 2012, allowing craft beers to flourish.
According to a written report simply by the Korea Labor Institute upon Monday, careers in the brewing sector increased from 9,070 in 2013 to 10,617 in 2018, up 17 percent.
The increase is unusual since domestic liquor production overall has been dwindling since it peaked at 3.81 million kiloliters in 2014. The increase is mainly as a result of starting of fashionable microbreweries.
The government eased regulations for breweries and licensing requirements for alcohol retail in 2013, and allowed tiny beer brewers to sell craft beer in 2014.
It also allowed web stores to market traditional liquors in 2017 and microbrewers to market their products in supermarkets and convenience stores in 2018.
