Messi & Barca Work Riot On LaLiga Return

FC Barcelona opened up a five-point lead near the top of LaLiga soon after cruising to a 4-0 win over True Mallorca, with Lionel Messi bagging two assists and a goal on the night.

Luis Suarez returned from an extended spell on the side-lines but was only named on the bench as Messi was joined in the attack by Antoine Griezmann and Martin Braithwaite.
The group leaders wasted no time in signalling their intent after taking the lead after about a minute as Arturo Vidal nodded residence Jordi Alba's cross.
It had been one-way traffic found in the early stages, although Mallorca had done well to deny famous brands Messi and Griezmann any clear openings in the 18-yard area.

The 3rd goal eventually arrived with 11 minutes remaining as Jordi Alba registered his name on the score-sheet with a neat finish after being played in by Messi.
Messi had the final say seeing that the Argentine bagged his 20th league target in second-half stoppage period after skipping past a good couple problems before rifling the ball into the far corner.
